Where is the event being held?
The Choose Connection Summit will take place entirely online. Our speakers will be from across the nation and around the world, as will our participants. In other words, this is not an internet broadcast of a live event taking place in one venue. The whole experience, start to finish, is designed to be experienced online.
Who is this summit best suited to?
This Summit will be beneficial to couples who have been impacted by sexual addiction, betrayal trauma, and/or chronic infidelity. The content will speak to people who are just beginning their journeys of recovery and healing, as well as those who have been at it for a long time.
We also know that much of the material will be relevant and helpful to those who are professionals in this field, such as coaches and clinicians.
Is this summit a "Christian" faith-based event?
The organizers of The Choose Connection Summit are describing this as a "faith friendly" event. None of our speakers were asked to speak because of their religious or spiritual positions, but because we believe they have important experience and/or knowledge to share with couples in recovery from addiction and betrayal. We are giving our speakers the freedom to speak from whatever perspective they desire, whether clinical, spiritual, or somewhere between the two.
While we know many sessions will have a heavier dosage of faith-based content, we also know that many will not. We have experts speaking from a diversity of backgrounds, life walks, professional orientations, and more.
